I am so sorry that the purchase you made in-game did not come through properly. That is the very last thing we want. In this case, we will need two key pieces of information from you in order to process the purchase: both your Google Transaction ID, and your Device ID #.
Please complete the following:
1. Please find and include a copy or screenshot of your Google Play receipt (Google Play would have emailed this to you after you made the purchase.)
*We need the Transaction ID # that the Google Play Store provides. For your reference, it looks like this: GPA.****-****-****-***** or 12999763169054705758.????????????????*
You can also see all your Google purchases here if for any reason you have not received an e-mail detailing this particular purchase: https://wallet.google.com/manage
2. In addition, please provide your Device ID #. (This ID # is how I access your Game account info.)
Here is how to get it:
- Restart your Game, and on THE OPENING SCREEN (The Van driving into the distance), tap 3-5 times on the Van Licence Plate, and copy out for me exactly the string of letters/numbers that you see. (Your Device ID # will pop up in a message window.)
Once you have this information, send it to firstname.lastname@example.org, and mention the fact that you have a failed purchase, and we will get things taken care of right away for you.
