Someone made a fraudulent/unauthorized purchase without my permission!

Hey there farmer!

First and foremost, you'll want to contact the Google Play Store and let them know what happened. To do this, you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Please open this link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/
  2. Next, click on the option on the left-hand side labeled 'Downloading on Google Play: Apps, Games, & Digital Content'
  3. Next, click on ‘Purchasing & Downloading’
  4. Afterward, click on ‘Refunds & Returns’
  5. Finally, click on ‘Abuse & Unauthorized Charges’. This will provide you with the proper steps to seeking recourse for an unauthorized purchase.
