Someone made a fraudulent/unauthorized purchase without my permission!

I'm so sorry that you're experienced an unauthorized purchase on your account. I know how frustrating it is for that to happen, and we want to make sure we're pointing you in the right direction to hep you get this solved.

Most importantly, you should contact the Google Play Store and let them know what happened. To do this, you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Please open this link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/
  2. Then, click on the option on the left-hand side called 'Downloading on Google Play: Apps, games, & digital content'
  3. Next, click on ‘Purchasing & downloading’
  4. Afterward, click on ‘Refunds & returns’
  5. Finally, click on ‘Abuse & unauthorized charges’ - this will provide you with the proper steps to seeking recourse for an unauthorized purchase.
